Wensleydale Rugby Union Football Club Near Leyburn in Wensleydale, this flourishing rugby football club has mini teams for U7 to +12, Junior for U13 to +17 and 2nd & 1st XV teams. It’s used by many groups in the two dales, such as the Junior Football Club above. Tan Hill Sheep Show The Agricultural Show with emphasis on the local Swaledale breed of sheep, held by the Tan Hill Inn - the highest pub in England. It is held on the last Thursday in May.
